I initially got a quote for a running vehicle and received a call from my dad in Michigan that the truck was running but the brakes leaked and wouldn't hold fluid so I immediatelly called Jay at Bluestar and he instructed me to make the corrections on the confirmation he had faxed to me. I made the corrections, (BIG MISTAKE, have them fax you a new confirmation with the changes made). This is where the problem started, I was quoted one price and once the vehicle was in route the price increased and then recieved numerous threatening calls from Jay at Bluestar stating that we never discussed the vehicle was not running. Luckily I kept the emial quotes changes sent from Jay's Bluestar email with the non-running upcharges and was able to resolve the price problem with Jason the Manager. But the fact remains that I recieved threatening phone messages from Jay stating he would call the local authorities letting them know what type of person is living in their local juridictiion, wow I didn't see that coming. The bottom line is the vehicle arrived when promised (by a local company from Michigan), the driver was very professional and courteous and I even tipped him for his service. I would never recommend Bluestar due to the initial allegations that I tried to pull a fast one, also I was recently contacted by a friend here in town who needed a vehicle moved from Missouri to South Carolina and I told him not to use Bluestar and to look on this site for reviews of good companies.

VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP ON TIME, DELIVERED ON TIME, NO ADDITIONAL FEES, AND DRIVER RECEIVED A TIP ON DELIVERY.
You cant please everyone.
However, let us start of by saying that not only was Mr. Jacobs vehicle transported in a fast and efficient manner back in June, the original price quoted for an operational vehicle was the final price he ended up paying as agreed upon by him. In this industry a non-operational vehicle is usually assessed a $150-200 fee by the driver and that fee was waived in this case even though the vehicle only ran once when loading this onto the transport. Our driver also transported several spare tires in the bed of the vehicle at no additional charge to Mr. Jacobs.
At no point was Mr. Jacobs threatened or mistreated in anyway but a professional business manner. We do not attempt to mislead any of our customers into an agreement based upon false information and do not expect our customers to either. He initially stated the vehicle was not operational and after he had a contract sent over to him, he advised us that it was operational after all. This was a simple case of straightening out the details after his vehicle was in transit and as he has acknowledged himself the transport went very well.
We are sorry if Mr. Jacobs feels wronged in any way and regret his choice to not use our services again in the future.
