totally misleading and lied

This is the worst of the worst...I called and stated I needed on truck within two weeks at the price they quoted...if not I wanted a refund I was assured if I cancel after non pick up I would get my 250 refund.
big joke ...I waited for two weeks and no one called or contacted me..so I found another carrier that loaded it in 1 day...be it was on the truck that day and Country wide lied and said they have someone going to pick it up....I called to see if they made arrangements with the dealer ....no such arrangement was made...another lie...
Called to get a refund...they say no problem fax Al the info...big joke...They couldn't find the fax called again...big joke FAX it again attention AL no response...call Al AL wants to know more and more and does less and less. Horrible Thief. I think I know their method now and hope to get them exposed. I'm sure not booking and frustrating customers are funny to them.
Why would a so called company want to steal deposit...promise refund and lie about picking up a car.
BBB is looking at this but hardly the law.
If they frustrate you...make you wait then you book it with someone else they can make up a story and say they have booked one ...be careful CW is very good at this and should be taken to the cleaners for such lying practice. A promise from Al and Joe is not a promise at all. The wicked don't sleep unless they have done bad things during the day.....the are in la la land .

It won't get any better for us the little guys with 250 dollars to hand to the crooks until God settles it with them. There day is coming!

CUSTOMER PLACED ORDER ON 9/11/08 WE HAD THIS CUSTOMER SCHEDULED WITH OUR CARRIER WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR PICK UP RIGHT AFTER BEING SCHEDULED FOR PICK UP CUSTOMER WANTED TO CANCEL ORDER AFTER US PREPAYING OUR CARRIER TO GO PICK UP THIS CAR AT WHICH POINT PER OUR TERMS OF SERVICE IS NONREFUNDABLE.
