Review:

The initial steps of the shipping process were great but when the vehicle arrived at my residence the driver of the truck backed the car down and off the side of the trailer.The driver turns out is subed out by Able auto and this company was called Jumart transport.In the process of getting the car back on the trailer the driver didnt speak any english so I talked to the owner of the company and told him what had happened.The owner told me I need to pay in full and sign the damaged vehicle waiver stating the vehicle was undamaged. I didnt sign the waiver,called police and filed a report.The next day I contacted Able and told them what happened,they sent me a packet containing claim information so I did all of the necessary paperwork, got two estimtates for the damage and sent the police report and photos. This happened last May and it is now November. After dozens of phonecalls I have accomplished nothing, Able auto transports claims manager Carmine has avoided my phonecalls and she refuses to call me back so now I have received and will submit paperwork to take them to small claims court for damages to the vehicle, compensate for taking time from work and travel expenses. I do not reccomend this company, they do not honor their word.
