Subject:Terrible Customer Service, beware !!!!
Review:Very rude !!!. Staff raises their voice at the customer, manager places the phone on desk and leaves you talking. Service provider gets upset when receiving early calls. Extremelly bad experience with them over the phone. They incited me to cancel my order because they already had my deposit. I filled a clame with BBB, they rebuttled and didn't even have the correct information.

In addition, after my order was submitted to them, they informed me that if I wanted faster services I would need to negociate with the driver and offer him more money.

I cancelled my order and I'm still disputing my refund.
After cancelling my order, I contacted another service provider and I got my business done within a week with no problems or rudness, ni hidden fees or additional negotiations.

This customer should realize we are only trying to help her ship her car, we should not be subject to abusive behavior, yelling and screaming and verbal attacks by any customer.
