I recently did a cross country move from Virginiabeach Va. to Reno Nv. I found Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc thru the internet. My auto broker was Brandi. I never have shipped a vehicle before but from my 1st call to the last Brandi was outstanding. She took care of all my worries and gave me the best quote out there. i was shipping my mercedes Ml350 literally from east coast to the west coast. I was worried because i have never done anything like this before but Brandi was very professional and very calming in this whole process. The car was picked up 1 day late but i was totally fine with that because that day we had a very bad tropical storm in the region with flooding issues. The very next day the driver was at my door very professional loaded up my car infront of me in a very nice looking open carrier truck and took it away. I was quoted that my car would be in reno in 7-8 days. but to my surprise the car got there in only 5 days. i was sooo happy to see my car get there just like it left Virginia beach. All the gas costs and hotels cost and plus food costs that i saved from driving my car myself was great, and not to mention the mileage. The driver was great both him and Brandi would call me with daily updates. Brandi would even call to check on me to see if the car got there or for any concerns i needed to be adressed. I am very happy i chose this company and i will ask and reccomend Brandi as an auot broker to everyone. Thank you Brandi for taking care of this Monumental task for me with no effort on my part.
