I was extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by this company. My daughter made a reservation to have her car delivered from Texas to Nevada yesterday. I called this morning and the man who answered the phone was sooooo rude. I told him that I was calling to find out the status and the procedure for the delivery because I needed to make flight arrangements for my daughter. He asked for the confirmation number which i provided and he immediately proceeded to tell me that it is only 9 in the morning and we just made the reservation yesterday. I told him that I understand that but I have never done this before so I wanted to find out the procedure. He was so insistent that it was only 9 in the morning. I expressed that I was not happy with the way he spoke to me and asked for a supervisor. She got on the phone and I told her exactly the information I was asking for and did not appreciate the employees attitude towards me. She said she heard the whole thing and he did not raise his voice at me- I said I never said he raised his voice. I asked for another supervisor and she said she was the owner and I was overreacting. I just wanted info- I never even asked when the car would be picked up. I told her I would be making a complaint with the BBB. he once again said I was overreacting and being a "nervous nellie." I cancelled m order- said I didn't appreciate the name calling and to expect a complaint!!! They were horrible!
