Subject: Terrible
Review:Cosmos was terrible. The company was so slow in arranging a pickup that I moved to Angels Moving Autos (excellent). Cosmos personnel were rude, rarely remembered my pick up when I would call to check on progress and refused to refund my deposit when I cancelled even thpugh Cosmos had not arranged a pick up.
I would NEVER use this company.

We feel obligated to respond when the information posted by a client is incorrect. We had Dave's vehicle scheduled for pick up a couple of days after he had made it available but he had not paid the seller for the vehicle therefore they would not release the vehicle. Completely his fault. We actually did not retain his full deposit (which all other companies do) but only $50.
