| RUDE and RIDICULOUS |
These guys suck. I called for a quote, was not interested because it was more than I had heard from others, said I would call Gil back and he asked if I wanted his direct line and I said fine. Then he called AGAIN to tell me he had a carrier that could pick up on the day I wanted. I said I would have to call him back. Then I called another company for a quote and they said I was listed in their computer as already booked with Move on Time! I said I absolutely was not. Then I get a voicemail from Leroy telling me Gil said to call me to arrange for a pick up. I called back and said I most certainly am not booked with Move on Time and that I am booked with someone else. He was extremely rude and said that if I booked with a broker that I better keep his number because I was going to need him. I then called back to tell Gil not to give out my number again, Leroy picked up, and he hung up on me. MOVE ON TIME is rude, books you without your consent, gives your number, and hassles you. They suck.

| This customer called to get quote,and to move the vehicle if we could find a carrier, without taking a deposit on good faith from the customer, we find a carrier then we called her back to finalize the order she got mad and told us not to call her anymore,all we did was try to help |
