I selected this company because it gave me the lowest quote of all the highly-rated companies on this site. The original quote was $1115, and I contacted the company and made arrangements a week before my car's available date. The quotes I was getting from most other well-reveiewed companies were about $1300.
Cascade was not able to find a carrier at the quoted price. They did keep me updated, and told me they were bumping the price up bit by bit. They eventually offered me transport for $1210, which I agreed to.
A couple of days before the car was to be picked up, I got an e-mail saying that the pick-up had been cancelled, and when I called to ask why, I was told that they'd received a call from the shipping company, which had to cancel for some reason. However, I got a call from both Cascade and the shipping company later than night (11 PM here on the East Coast), saying that the wrong pick-up had been cancelled, and they would actually come get the car the next morning.
In all, the process was delayed, more expensive than originally quoted, and not without problems. But the customer service at Cascade was very nice, helpful, and friendly, which is why I would be willing to use the company again.

We have no control with the trucking company. Unfortunately it was out of our control. They are the ones who cancelled in error, and apologized for their error.
We did however get your vehicle moved by a reliable company who delivered early for you. As you stated our customer service was very helpful and friendly and you would be willing to use this company again.
