INITIAL CONTACT: Faye was very nice and knowledgable. I didn't have to probe for information
she offered and was very helpful.
PROCESS: Not sure how other companies operate,but
The process when as follows, I scheduled a pick up window, when I was
booked, a deposit was made, Faye emailed me with the information
like name of the company and monies required on delivery. My car was
picked up earlier than I had planned (which was fine). I was then given
the driver information and cell phone number to keep in contact with him
CONCERNS: This company wos not registered with the BBB. This concerned me at first, butcalled
around to ask. Companies have to pay large amounts of money to be registered
with the BBB. If it is a small company like AFT, this is not always possible. After
making several calls to other companies regarding the BBB, Faye validated what
other companies told me.
PICKUP DATE: My pick up window was given and it was actually picked up earlier than I had
planned. My car was picked up 7/14 and scheduled to be delivered on 7/23
DRIVER: Alex was his name. I like my driver alot. He was straight to the point. I had his
cell number in which I felt good about. He contacted me once while driving and
stated that his truck needed to be fixed so he was delayed. He would not be
arriving on the scheduled day. It delayed him three days. This worked out because
I did not actually need my car until 7/28. It was delivered in the 26th in good condition!
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Faye was very nice to speak with. It was on the other hand very difficult
to contact someone in the office. I placed calls to the office for some
questions I had and it was VERY difficult to contact someone. I finally
spoke with Faye and she let me know it was better to contact her through
e-mail than telephone. After answering all questions, I never had to contact
her again. I just stayed in touch with the driver
OVERALL: This was a good company to go with. I am happy with my decision. I would
recommend them to others.

Hi Emily,
That is so great that you chronicalled the move. I am sorry about the communication; however during the summer season our lines do stay constantly busy with client updates, quotes, driver's tracking etc and sometimes it is easier to get me via email. Registration with the BBB is not something we choose as it would cost enormous monies to register in all states (per yr) and we try to keep the overhead down to offer the exceptional rates, without compromised service.
