It is amazing that a business like this can even manage to stay in existance - Talk up front was good but I made the mistake of not checking references before signing contract. Vehicle was suppose to be picked up within 5 days and after a couple I contacted Carson to see what the status was, it may take some time is what I was told. Did some research and this company has multiple BBB complaints and seems to be the biggest complaint on this site is if they cant move your vehicle, you get put on excessive hold, transferred to someone else, needs more time and wants you to put up more money but they still want the same fee for themselves - All in all I can say is be very, very cautious and recommend that you run like hell

| What’s amazing is that Bryan Renfro (who does not understand this business, who provides only bits and pieces of information in this review and who would not take our suggestions) would come here to make misleading comments about us. We stay in business because we successfully handle over 12,000 shipments a year. We average only 43 BBB complaints a year. That’s a percentage rate of .003. Mr. Renfro’s destination was Normal, Illinois – a tough location. He did not take our advice to increase his COD to try to attract carriers to a difficult location, we did not locate a carrier, and he was not charged any money. |
