I am shipping my car from West Palm Beach, Fl to San Diego, Ca. We found this company through Nationwide, so we thought it was legitimate. They picked up my car on time on Thursday July 17, we were told that my car would be delivered in 5 to 6 days. Today is day 12 and my car is still not here. We called A Unique to ask on the status, and they said that the car would be delivered this past weekend (July 26 & 27), but absolutely by Monday the 28th, but it is still not here. They claim that the truck broke down, but that sounds like a lie. They also claimed that they never told us that it would take 5-6 days, but they most certainly did. My husband asked what was taking so long, and wanted to know what it would be there. The dispatcher got hostile and told him that if he continued to make him angry, we would not see the car in 2 months or 2 years! Unbelievable! I am amazed that this company is still in business, their customer service is terrible!

| In the trucking industry, it is not possible to pick up and deliver a vehicle to its destination in a such a fast timefraime. Especillay, that our driver has many deliveries and pick-ups on the way there. We are sorry that our truck was broken down on the way, but we even offered to send the receip of the repairs to the customer. We were a little bit late, however, we are appologizing for the situation and hope the next time it shall be a better experience |
