I contacted National Auto Shipping to have my car shipped from Puerto Rico to Virginia on June 19, 2008. The timing was good but the conditions the car got was terrible. When I question the delivery guy’s they just told me they had nothing to do with it. The carpet floor mats were ripped off the car specially the driver’s carpet that have pins to hold the carpet, the seat covers were deliberately stolen and the fog light covers were also ripped off. The inside of the car was all dirty specially the driver’s floor. It was all full of dirt and grease. I talked directly to the manager which showed no interest whatsoever on the problem. She just ketp on telling me they were not reponsible for that. I made a claim letter with pictures and all but never receive any response back from them. I had to call again and talk to the manager and she just told me to take care of it myself using my insurance that she was going to try and contact her insurance. I’m still waiting for any answer from her. Don’t pay for any insurance because basically they are not responsible for anything that happens to the car. I question the manager on this issue and she could give me a straight answer. You will be their valuable customer just until you pay the full amount after that it’s a risky business.

To this customer, we have spoke with this gentleman several times. he shipped car from PUERTO RICO to VIRGINIA. we did a excelent job in reference shipping a car. THIS CUSTOMER IS STATING THAT A $15.00 CARPET HAS BEEN STOLEN.
Dewell Paez Delgado dropped off this car in SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO in OUR TERMINAL. & WE SPOKE WITH THEM THEY DO NO RECAL ANY CARPETS OR FOG LIGHT.......
