Subject:Poor performance
Review:They gave me a driver and his phone number after 3 weeks of waiting . When the car was not picked up on the designated date I phoned the driver . He said was supposed to pick up a 1955 Studebaker from Arizona to Michigan . My car is a 1957 Studebaker from Michigan to Washington . The quoted price matched mine . The driver said this company wasted 24 hours of his time because there was no car to be picked up in Arizona . 1 week after I signed with Continental Auto Movers I gave them all the informarion about pick up and drop off locations because they had never asked for this information . They also said they would refund my deposit which I have never received .If you want a reliable company to move your car don't choose this one .

This was a particular transaction in which there was a lot of things in which we could have done to improve your experience as a customer. Furthermore, even my apology was not enough to make up for your experience as a customer. In the future, if you ever have a need to transport another vehicle I assure you that your experience would be several hundred times better.
