| Completely Unprofessional and Unreliable |
DO NOT do business with BT Auto Transport. I was given a quote and a 90% guarantee that my vehicle would be picked up within 1-4 days. When that did not happen, I was told 4-6 days. When my vehicle had still not been picked up THREE WEEKS after the original pick up date, customer service was gruff, rude, and told me that if I paid a "tip" to the driver, or better yet, put a "rush fee" of $1-2 per mile, I MIGHT have my vehicle picked up sooner. This business runs on bad faith. They are rude to their customers, and even more, are unreliable and operate under conditions of suspicion. In all the times I was promised a call back, I never received one. Any update I received was a result of me being proactive and calling them first. Later, when I cancelled the order, I went with a new company that told me of BT Auto Transport's well-known track record for being a terrible service. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to booking them. I only hope I can save someone else from the headache of dealing with such a poorly run and integrity-less company.
