Curteous, knowledgeable, accommodating service throughout the entire process. Gregg was very helpful, willing to explain all details, Jay made reasonable accommodations to my special request, the price was fair, they faxed me extra info I requested, always pleasant. The driver they booked, Alex of GSM Transport was terrific, no kidding. Picked up car at my home near Boston, MA on Thursday morning, delivered to my son on Tuesday in Oakland, CA, 5 days cross-country, no damage, no problems, no delays, called on both ends to schedule times. Really much easier, low stress process than I ever imagined. Thank you BlueStar!
