Subject: Rude service
Review:I spoke with whomever the gentleman was who answered the phone and quickly decided not to go with G&L. The man would not let me ask my question without interupption and when I did ask (how long of a pickup wondow do they need) he explained it may take 10-12 gays to transport my vehicle...that was not my question though. I re-itereated ok so it may take 10-12 days to get someone to pick up the vehicle inmitially? His response: "thats all I can get lady"...yada yada. I said ok thank you, he then preceded to hang up without a thanks for calling or goodbye. I'd rather pay an extra $100 for a service that is knowledgeable and listens to the customer, not to mention thanks them for their interest.

THIS LADY DEMANDED I GIVE HER A GARANTEE DATE FOR HER CAR TO BE PICK UP. SHE SAID OTHER COMPANYS SHE HAD TALK WITH SAID THEY COULD,SO I SAID THEN CALL THEM.
