Dealing with Cross Country Auto Transport was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Phone calls not answered.
If I got a answering machine and leave a phone number, no one calls back. When someone calls back with a PU date or delivery date it is wrong 99% of the time [A LIE]. I had a contract from Davie,FL. to Bronx,New York for $650.Gave deposit of $175, leaving a balance $475. When car was delivered the driver told me it would cost $700,or he would not leave the car. That is $225 in additional cost. I was never notified by anyone at CCAT of any increase in price. I would never use CCAT again, even if it 's free. I think they are thieves, that know what they are doing, they have been in business a long time.

| We apologize for any inconvience, delivery dates are strictly estimated....there is no gurantee in this industry beware of anybody that does, In your contract it states clearly that there may be a fuel surcharge added to your move in this case it was. Fuel is something that is completely out of our control.. Again sorry for the inconvienence |
