I would not use Agape again. My vehicle was picked up on the 17th day without a single phone call from dispatch. I did call them, but was never given any solutions or explanations. I ended up paying $250 more than the original quote even though I was situated at the intersection of I-25 and I-10 and had made it clear that the vehicle was packed with items.

We are always ready to accept responsibility when we have made a mistake or could have done a better job for our customers. We also are more than ready to ask for forgiveness and apologize. But in Mr. Matthew Carr&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s case we are STUNNED, SHOCKED AND AMAZED by his review.

His vehicle was available on May 28th. He called on May 29th and asked us to see what it would take to get it picked up quicker coming out of Las Cruses, NM; he was even willing to meet in El Paso, TX. (This area takes longer than average to get picked up.) Then on June 4th Mr. Carr called us to let us know he would be loading down his vehicle with house hold items and he even took his vehicle to a weigh station to have it weighed with all of the items in it. We explained to him that the carriers are not licensed to transport the vehicle with that much in it and he would have to pay an additional fee to get a carrier to transport it with that much inside the vehicle. He told us that was fine; he would make sure there was plenty of money on the delivery end to pay the carrier. On June 13th, we called Mr. Carr to let him know we had a carrier and gave him the total transport cost, which was $250 more. He ok and that the money was already waiting on the delivery end.

We hate to say this, but Mr. Carr is being completely dishonest here. We don&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t understand why. He always knew that he would have to pay more for everything in his vehicle and knew it before we ever dispatched his vehicle. He even sent the extra amount to his friend on the delivery end in advance. We are left just shaking our heads on this one.
