I signed up for my pickup van to be picked up from texas to delaware. I was promised by Eli that it would be delivered friday june 13 or monday, june16. I called their office, Roxana picked the phone up promised to follow up and call back, but never did. When i called back she yelled at me and hung up on me twice. Customer service by roxana and her other collegue was zero. There was no concern for the urgency of this shipment. They only laughed at me while on the phone. Now this pickup van has to be in delaware by June 23. Roxana only talked about cancellation fee. When i asked her how long it will take before the truck will get to it's destination. She answered i don't know. My question is why are you in business when you are not sure of you are doing. This is the height of business irresponsibility. I need help from other good trucking companies.

I have tried to contact Mr. Mayo so that I could speak with him on this matter but he has not responded to date. Cons take a customer's money without providing product or service and that is NOT what American Auto Moving did. Mr. Mayo was given a transport service at a very good price! Mr. Mayo was always kept abreast of the vehicle transport and from what I assertained, was not treated in an ill manner.
