Rude, I have never been treated so poorly. When I called to follow up on when the vehicle, they started yelling at me for calling so often. And If I would stop calling they could ship my car out sooner. I was then informed the vehicle would not be picked up for another week. I called the manager and got the same treatment. Don't use them. I had to scramble to get another carrier.

This customer was not yelled at our treated poorly. We calmly told her that we did not have a carrier lined up yet and that she had made her vehicle available for transport just 1 day ago. We told her that it could take up to 3 or 4 more days to schedule a carrier. She called us multiple times with the same questions which we responded to with the same answers. We gave her an option to drop off her daughters car at the terminal, however she choose to cancel after 1 day of the vehicle being available to transport.

We are sorry she felt so upset to write us a negative review, but we certainly didn&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t guarantee a 1 day window when we quoted her for the transport. We wish her the best of luck with her new company.
