| AVOID AT ALL COST! |
Avoid this company at all cost. I called them Tuesday to move my car from MS to CA, and they assured me that my car would be shipped the next day. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later my car was still waiting to me moved. I called them every day to check status, and all they told me was that I was on the priority list, which is bs. There is no priority list because they are brokers. What most customers don't realize is that regardless of whom they place their order with, every company will post the load to the same national load board in an attempt to locate a truck. Those loads that are priced unreasonably low will be left to sit, because truck drivers only take the loads that pay fairly. Nationwide will price your car so low that it will sit there for weeks!!!! Additionally, the lowest price often means the lowest service, including the use of terminals, with multiple trucks, drivers, and terminal employees handling your vehicle. Your vehicle may be picked up within a few days, but then it could sit for up to a month before reaching its destination. I paided the price for trying to save some money; Do your research and select a good transport company and save yourself a bad experience.
