I got an email from Barry from Advance logistics mentioning that they have a truck ready on 4/24. I signed the contract after talking to Barry to waive of the $75 fuel surcharge which was agreed upon (Have email proof from Barry mentioning about the waiver of $75).

The car was never picked up until repeated pleas and finally was given the trucker's details on 6th may. The trucker was atleast truthful about when she could pick the car and asked me to wait for one more week. The car was picked up on 13th may and delivered on 17th may. I paid $200 deposit and was due at $454. However the trucker was asked to take the $75 fuel surcharge also.

Repeated emails and calls to Barry yielded no response at all. When i tried reasoning with Andy, he mentioned that the fuel surcharge was in evitable and i had to pay it up in order to take the delivery. I was forced to pay $75 more finally.

For this price of $735, i could have got a better service and timely delivery from some other transport service. HAd to rent a car for two weeks which costed me $580. Who would pay me all this money?

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware about emails from this guy - Barry Pollack.

Note to Barry: Dont you dare to leave a comment about my review....you know that what i mentioned is absolutely right.
