| A job well done |
Even under the best of circumstances, the scheduling of, and actual times of pickup and delivery for auto transport is an inexact science. Having said that, Red Carpet and their contracted carrier, Elite Transport, made every effort to keep me informed of changes that were bound to occur, such as resulting from having to deal with strangulating Los Angeles traffic. Their pricing structure is fair and very competetive. They require 25% partial payment at the time of pickup. Be forewarned, if you choose to use a debit or credit card for that portion of the fee, there is a 5%. I have suggested to them that, in the spirit of full disclosure, they make this policy known as part of their promotional and marketing material, rather than hearing about it when you pull your card out of your pocket. They prefer that the driver gets paid the remaining 75% in cash.

I would use them again without hesitation.
