DO NOT EVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR!!!. ONCE THESE DISGUSTING CROOKS HAVE YOUR MONEY, THE DEAL IS DONE.
I contacted this company to have my car shipped from CA to TX on 2/12/08. I was told that once I receive the contract on the mail, then sign and mail back to them.
They drew money from my account in the amount of $790.00 on 2/13/08 without my signed contract. I didn’t receive contract on the mail until 2/17/08 and I did not sign and send it back.
Not happy with the way they charged my account without the signed contract, I contacted them several times to get my money back. Every time I called, those crooks got aggressive, nasty, extremely rude, threatened me on the phone, put me on hold then hung up and kept lying that I would receive the check in a few days, 2 weeks, etc...
After more than 2 months of several phone calls, the crook named Marguerite Sclfani sent me bogus check. It was returned unpaid. I called that crook back. She then sent the second bogus check. I called Capital One Bank and they said there were no fund available to cash the check.
I already filed the complaint with NY Attorney General office. Hopefully it will detour anyone from using these disgusting crooks.
