Review:We were new to the idea of purchasing a vehicle from the internet, then shipping it to destination.
The quoted price was not the lowest price, but we based the decision to engage 4-Corners Transport on the relatively good reviews. Mistake!

We made the mistake of contacting a "western based" firm for delivery on east coast. Firm was unable to line up a carrier. 4-Corners Transport would not make any commitments or even hint re pick-up/delivery dates and acknowleged there was a major back-up of vehicles awaiting transport.

Most, but not all, emails were responded to; one I thought in a rather "curt" tone. If there is something to learn from this......pick a firm with good ratings, but also from the geographic area in which you are expecting service.

Mr and Mrs. Steeves were informed at sign up that the deadlines they required were going to be difficult if not impossible to meet at the time of sign up. This time of the year is called "reverse Snowbird season" when every one who travels to Florida in the winter travels back north for the spring and summer. There are currently close to 2500 (71 to Maine) vehicle waiting to get back north from Florida alone.

Maine givin its location is the worst place to try to get a vehicle to. Some vehicles take up to 2-3 weeks to get there because of the back log,

We were up front with the Steeve's from the get go and find this review to be unfair. They chose to hear what they wanted to hear and not the facts as I explained to them and the time of sign up and as well as when we approached their 48 hour window . We would have loved to acheived their miracle but neither of us should have been surprised by the outcome at this time of year.
***We have excuted over 2400 transports up and down the I-95 corridor. Geography for any of the brokers on this site is not a deciding factor in the success of moving you automobile.
