Poor communication

I arranged transport of my son's vehicle in San Diego with a pickup date of 3/26 or as soon after as possible with delivery to Waynesboro, PA. On 4/11 still no pickup. Advised them by phone that I would be on vacation till 4/20 and needed to be contacted on my cell phone regarding status. Left multiple phone messages on their answering machine on 4/11 and 4/12. No response. Left multiple messages on 4/15 -4/19 with a plea to at least answer my phone calls. No response. Called again upon my return home on 4/21. No response. Also they left no messages on my home phone. Received an email on 4/22 that they could not move the vehicle for $900. Why they chose not to contact me by phone as I requested and discuss the situation is beyond me. In the month since my first contact with them the price of diesel fuel increased significantly so the delay in shipping the vehicle will cost me. Good communication is the key to good customer service. This company failed in this regard. No reason was given in theri email to me on 4/22, only that they were sorry and I could cancel which I had already done by notifying Visa that the service was not provided and my money should be returned.

Lee this is Completely False and you know it. i have contacted you and the other sales have to. you call 3-5 times aday and we tell you the same thing everytime as soon as we get a truck we will contact you. also doing a charge back on your visa is no big deal i have you the option to cancel more than 3 times with a full refund and you said no keep working on it. its not my fault that gas is so high and trucks dont want the freight. i even put the whole deposit on your truck to move it not making nothing doing this for free for you as well. Have A Great Day. and we never lied to you once we were honest with you each and everytime you called too.
