| A dream instead of a nighmare |
Based on the BBB Online review, I called the Euless number on 03/14/08 and spoke with Hugo who gave me an instant, and quite reasonable, quote for a vehicle move from Euless to Austin. I made a note and thanked him. I then proceeded to check for more price options.
After pursuing many alternate options, I decided to use United Road Svcs and called to speak with Hugo again on 03/19/08, and discovered that he was off on vacation. I only had my word that he gave me a verbal quote in the amount of $250 and I was not sure that it would still be valid. In my conversation with Delia she said that she would send me a contract to complete with the price Hugo quoted. I was ecstatic! I received the contract via email and called back with a few questions, which Delia assisted me with during her lunch!
The contract stated that the vehicle would be picked up within the next 10-14 days. I had already explained to Delia that there was no immediate need; the vehicle needed to be picked up by 03/28/08 and I did not need it until 04/20/08 at the very latest. I was quite pleased with my overall experience and waited for my new-to-me car to arrive.
On, 03/20/08 I received a phone call from Jaime w/United Road Svcs that he would like to drop off my vehicle that evening after 8pm! I was completely surprised and pleased! I gave him directions and the name of my contact person who would be receiving the vehicle. Jaime arrived at the time promised and I had my new car the VERY NEXT DAY!
I am so happy with my experience at United Road Svcs and I wanted to share my experiences in dealing with Hugo, Delia, and Jaime!
