I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Hilton Auto Transport. I had read reviews of different auto shipping companies on this website, and determined that Hilton seemed to have some of the best reviews, so that's why I picked them. Also, the online quote seemed very competitive at just $995 for a cross-country shipment of an SUV. (That was for the 5-7 day pickup window.) As it turned out, my car was able to be picked up within 3 days, even though I was paying for a longer timeframe, so I was thrilled about that. I spoke with Nichole on the phone, and she was very professional and answered all my questions. She took a small credit card deposit on the phone, and the bulk of the money was to be paid directly to the driver upon delivery of vehicle, which I did. The vehicle arrived 3 days earlier than estimated, and the driver called me 24 hours ahead of that date, just as I was promised. It turned out that weather delayed his estimated drop off time by a few hours, but he called me several times from the road that day to keep me informed of his progress. The driver was very courteous and I couldn't be happier. The car was on a giant open carrier, so he made the delivery at a local shopping center parking lot. The parking lot was just a mile from my house, and the selection of the parking lot to use was my choice... so it was very convenient. There was no damage or anything missing from vehicle. I am a very happy customer and I would use Hilton Auto Transport again. I highly recommend their service.
