| I'm glad I trusted my instincts |
After reading a host of reviews on this site, my instincts said to go with 1st Call. Unfortunately, I was on a strict budget (military) and their quote wasn't the absolute lowest (but in retrospect would have been worth every penny). I emailed Eric, and received a callback immediately. We were able to work out a deal to keep the shipping within my budget and use his company. I placed the order online immediately...the best decision I could have made.
Eric immediately arranged a shipper, emailing the information and calling to confirm I received it [imagine that: a shipping broker that calls you, not the other weay around]. The shipper contacted the dealer that had the vehicle, without even needing me to get involved.
My car was picked up within 1 day of availability, the shipping company kept me appraised of its location the entire transport time, and 3 days after it was first available, my car was in my driveway.
