I had previously tried to get my Ford Explorer picked up by another company that was just a few dollars cheaper but after one month and countless emails, voicemails and corrrespondence I cancelled their order and contacted Official Auto Transport. I should of called them first, I placed my call on Friday afternoon to schedule the pickup for the following week if possible. To my pleasant surprise they contacted me the next day Saturday to pick it up and delivered it the following Tuesday. All I can say is AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend Official Auto Transport to anyone else interested in dependable, reliable, accurate and fast service.

Thanks for your review! These customers far out number our unhappy customers. We have shipped 2,757 cars since we started receiving reviews here on this site and our happy customers vastly outnumber our rare unhappy customers. We can&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t please everyone 100%, but we certainly try! Its just very difficult getting them to leave a positive review. Of the 2,757 customers we have had in that time, only 23 have left negative reviews. That is only 0.83% of our recent overall business. Logically thinking we could not be in business if 50% of our customers were unhappy and were refunded or did charge backs. We are looking forward to shipping your next car Jay! Thanks for your business and taking the time to leave us a good review!
