I found Dependable Auto Movers on this rating site here, and decided to use them instead of who I had chosen due to their shady reviews. I was going to go with Secure Auto transport. I had already given them a security deposit but not signed a contract what so ever. Still, two months later, I am waiting on the return of that deposit. They keep telling me they will issue it to my bank, but never do. LIES! So needless to say, I am so happy that I did not go with them! They even had a trucker contact me about picking up my vehicle even after I canceled and would not sign a contract. That goes to show you the lamn management that have there.
Anyway, I went to Dependable's site, request a rate quote, and received one shortly after. They were $150 lower than any other quote received. I needed to wait a week or so before I could get the money together. But I contacted them online with my quote ID and asked for them to pick the car up ASAP, and wow, they were calling the next day to pick it up!! They indeed picked it up right away and had it all the way across country in 4 days. The driver was very professional and extremely polite and kind. The same driver picked up the car, delivered the car to my son in AZ.
We will definitely use Dependable again if we EVER need this type of service again. THANKS DEPENDABLE!
