Review: On February 15, 2008, I contacted Official Auto Transport about transporting my 2003 Chevy Silverado from Oregon to Oklahoma. I spoke to Carlos, wanted to pay for the shipping up front, (glad I didn't) but he did process my deposit of $150. I have never been able to get ahold of ANYBODY since...have called every day, left messages, they have never been returned, I have also sent numerous emails, but to no avail. Nobody has contacted me, I was told they would stay in contact with me, but nothing. He did send me a contract to print and sign, which among other things, authorized them to take the deposit from my credit card, which I never signed or sent back. I am now hoping to get my deposit back through the bank. If you are looking for a company to move your vehicle, I do NOT recommend this company.

| This customer was shipping her car to and from very rural locations and she failed to mention that she was dialing the wrong number the whole time she was calling and leaving messages on a Mexican guy's cell phone. We do not have a phone line 305-944-2094, which is the number she was calling. I am not sure what email address she was emailing, but I know that we check our emails and voice messages religiously and make a concerted effort to respond to every single one of our customers as expeditiously as possible even if its for something trivial. No one customer is more important than the other. She did a charge back and left this review before she finally decided to call our working main line number where even Mrs. Ragsdale would have to agree that I tried my best to assist her and explain the situation of how we were in the process of trying to inspire driver interest on getting the car moved. She then told me that she no longer desired to have the car moved so we went ahead and canceled the order. I do unequivocally deny the intimation that we do not communicate with our customer and do not respond to emails or voice messages. We did not receive a fair shake at getting this unit moved. I hope she got it moved! Because we were more than willing to help. |
