| Damage to my 2004 toyota celica gt |
Please be careful if any one of you choose to go with this carrier. First of all, I was promised a delivery date of five days. I paid 300.00 extra for this service. the car was eight days late in arriving to me in Nevada. Secondly, there is damage to my sun roof. It will not open at all and the rubber that protects from water, leakage, etc, is completely buckled. There is also damage to the underbody of my car, most likely when it was put on the carrier truck, and when the car was backed off the truck upon delivery. I am being treated terribly, and told there is nothing that can be done. The car was insured automatically upon being put on the carrier truck. I am getting an estimate here in California on Wednesday February 13, 2008, and sending the estimate to this carrier. I demand a check from them, and if I don't get it, I will sue them for the damage plus the entire cost of delivery plus the stress this whole fiasco has caused me.
