My brother shipped his car to me from New York city to Minneapolis, MN. I read the reviews and Wheeler shipping sounded pretty decent. However, after I sent my contract there was no confirmation even though I specifically asked for one. 4 days later, after my 3rd attempt I got a hold of Sue. 10 days later the carrier (Randy's Transport) called with only 3 hours notice! He had to drive from Manhattan to New Jersey and Randy insisted on meeting off the side of a toll way (inconvenient - train ride back was over $20). Then for pick-up there were delays and no communication. I had to keep calling. Then 2 days after the estimated date I received the car. The drop-off location changed a couple times and so did the promised time. I considered Randy rude because the first thing he said when we met was a complaint about us! We were the ones who we followed all the instructions on the Wheeler shipping website! Appraently he had not. Randy is definitely not a customer-service oriented guy.
