| Better Late Than Never |
Our daughter shipped her car from Ft. Wayne, IN to Toluca Lake, CA. Original pickup date was Dec. 28, 2007. Final pickup date was Jan. 3, 2008. Because of the late pickup, the location for pickup had to be changed to our home in Rossville, IN because my daughter had moved out of her apartment in Ft. Wayne. It was a very frustrating experience. It was difficult for the driver to pinpoint when he would arrive for the pickup. We were given several different days and times for pickup before the car was finally picked up on Jan. 3. The car did arrive in CA sooner than was expected, although late from the original pickup date.

| During the holiday time we experience from time to time difficulty in pick ups of vehicle due to the increasing volume of customers traveling and working around customers' schedules. We do apologize for the late pick up of Mrs. Ralston vehicle and we do understand her frustration with our company, we do not usually book vehicles that we are unable to pick up at the scheduled time but do to the holidays and the bad weather we were running behind. |
