Review:RACHEL WAS WONDERFUL. PICK UP TIME WAS LATER THAN EXPECTED BUT RACHEL WAS ALWAYS AVALIABLE AND EASY TO CONTACT. WAS ALWAYS HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH DELAYS AND EVEN WAIVED HER FEE TO INCREASE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THE DRIVER TO HELP SPEED UP PICK UP. VERY TRUST WORTHY AND WOULD DEFINETLY USE AGAIN. ALSO ONLY CHARGED MODEST FEE MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER BROKERS AND NEVER ASKED FOR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO START THE PROCESS OF LOOKING FOR A CARRIER. THANKS AGAIN RACHEL FOR SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE AND KEEPING ME AT EASE. THANKS, BRIAN.
