Subject: DO NOT USE ALLEN AUTO
Review:Do not use Allen Auto. We requested that our car be picked up on Dec. 11. We paid our deposit and sent in the paperwork a month before this date to be sure it would be picked up. We were told it would be picked up from Dec. 11-Dec.15, but was guaranteed to be there by Dec. 22. Today is the 15th and we are supposed to be leaving on a flight on Monday, but still have our car. We have called customer service at least 10 times this week to confirm it would be picked up. Today the 15th, they tell us, they do not have a truck available and are not sure when they will get a truck. How are we supposed to get our car shipped now? This is the worst company ever. Every costomer service person tells us somethign different, like how they are working on it. But they are not! Why would they give us a pick up date window if they had no intention of meeting that time frame. They totally screwed us over and they could care less. I can't belive this place is in business. Save yourself the stress and do not ever use this company.
