This company was reffered to me by a real good friend, a car dealer, John. He used Absolute auto transport to ship a few cars in the past. I contacted Dino,one of the dispatchers, and within one hour I had the quote and the paperwork sent to me via fax.
They picked up my car from the Copart auction in Dallas, Texas the same day. I instructed the dispatcher to pick up the title as well, and they did. The second day, in the afternoon, a representative called me to arrange for the drop-off. Since the shop was already closed, I instructed him to deliver the vehicle the next day. The driver was there before the shop opened.
The whole process went smooth, without any unnecessary phone calls for directions and/or other excuses. The vehicle arrived in the same condition it left the Dallas yard. The price was competitive, and most importantly, I experienced no delays.
