Called Progressive at the last minute, and not only did they come through, but were professional in the move. They delivered ahead of time. Learnt couple of things - one doesn't get much notice for pick-up: we had 30 minutes, and fortunately we were quite ready. For delivery, had two hours of notice, and since they accept only cash, had to stop everything and rush to the bank to get the cash. And there was no flexibility in delivery time, as the driver had to be 'off-the-road' in an hour after delivery or he would have been ticketed. Plan ahead for this and you are OK. Will use them again, now that I know that it can be delivered early - be ready. Customer service could not give me details of the delivery, even on the day of the delivery, hence not rated them as excellent. Wish they took credit cards or company checks. It is very inconvenient to carry large amounts of cash.
