Ultimate Logistics is full of crooks!! NEVER use these guys....I just got SCAMMED. Its a typical set up, Lenny and his cheap quote lure you in and you sign on and send a 200 dollar deposit. A few days before pick up they say the original driver "got sick" or got injured they conveniently have another driver in the area avalaible for an extra 200 dollars but the money has to be rushed immediately! Eventually you realize you car will never get picked up. Its been THREE WEEKS my car has still not been picked up. Everytime you call they play games and give you the run around.
Especially Tracy she plays stupid and is quick to get rid of you. So as a customer you get pissed off and you end up cancelling and they conveniently keep the 200 dollar deposit. The contract states NO REFUNDS just CREDITS! So no matte what...once you send that money your screwed. These guys should be reported immediately to the Florida Better Business Bureau. Please take it from me, this is a recent post, dont fall victim of these SCAM ARTISTS. LENNY, TRACY, GLENN, AVELAN, VERONICA all these guys are SCAM ARTSISTS. All they want is your 200 dollar deposit.
DONT USE ULTIMATE LOGISTICS!!! Look at all the negative reviews they have....By the way all the positive reviews are written by Lenny and Tracy themselves. DONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM --- DONT USE THESE THIS COMPANY!

Shady practices- Should be stopped i worked for this company for about a month. i was fired recently for refusing to continously lie to customers. to my understanding, the company has filed bankruptcy before, and they put the company in a different name, although the same people run it. lenny works from the office with about 7 other employees, and evelyn balan, his wife, works from home. this company tells people they have trucks of their own which is so far from the truth. this is why it takes so long to get cars moved. they are so close to brokers it hurts. they lie and tell people that they have sent out a truck and b/c they couldn't get the car, it would be more money. they lie about the time frame. when they book your car they may say it will take about 3 days. they will say whatever you want, but the truth is they haven't a clue as to when your car will be moved. after a sales person made a sale he or she could no longer talk to a customer. dispatch would get all the dirty nasty calls from irrate customers and would be forced to lie. that is how they do business.

Another complaint please read before engaging:
Glen Holsman (owner) told us to overnight a $200 deposit so he could get our vehicle shipped within seven to ten days. Once the money was in his hands he would never talk to us again.
We were patient for 21 days. No shipment, no scheduled shipment. We asked them - What are we supposed to do? The only answer - Be patient. We asked them - How much longer could this take? Answer - one day, one week or months. The the staff are EXPERTS at giving you the run-around. They have obviously become accustomed to treating customers poorly. They will blame you for impatience and tell you they don't care what Glen H told you.
Finally Lenny (the manager) tells us he will give us our deposit back so that we can use another shipper. We wait a week for the deposit. We call Lenny. Lenny says he didn't tell us we could get our deposit back but instead he will give us a $200 credit if we use them again.
This company isn't just poorly run its also a partial scam. They get your money and hope your disappear. We have since learned that there are good shippers that do not require deposits.
