Nothing but lies, still don't have car

car picked up before I was told the carrier or time (arranged via Level One)

Driver stopped home in TX for a break and got in an accident in his personal car.
WEST COAST DIDN'T CALL TO TELL ME

I called them 4x and was told each time they were working on a plan to get me my car and would have the manager call me.
MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME - NEVER GOT ANY CALLS BACK FROM WEST COAST

Original Driver (J.D.) calls on Friday (14 days after pickup, 7 days after promised delivery) to make arrangements for dropoff 2 days later - Sunday

Sunday morning - NO SHOW - NO CALL
I call him, he tells me he got rerouted by his boss at West Coast to San Diego. My choice is be home at an inconvenient time or the car will go to storage

Sunday evening - I'm home - NO SHOW
He eventually does call, HE LOST THE KEYS TO ALL THE CARS ON HIS RIG.
Expects to go to a locksmith tomorrow. Huh? Who would make him keys without any proof of ownership?
Do I want extra keys to my car in his hands?

When will I ever see my car?
