I bought a vehicle at the beginning of May. The seller arranged shipping, as I'm not familar with auto shipping and I live 1700 miles from where the vehicle was located. The seller waited several days before even arranging shipping. When shipping was finally arranged, I was given a contact name, Ginger and a phone number. No quote number or anything of that sort. When I finally talked to Ginger, she informed me it would be picked up anywhere from 1-5 days. My gut told me that all of this was rather odd, so I called Ginger every day within those five days to get information. She was rarely available so I was forced to leave messages, that went unreturned. On the fifth day of unreturned phone calls I called and was FINALLY able to speak to Ginger, who was rather rude and gave just vauge answers to questions. But did inform me that, my vehicle was at the top of the list and would surely ship out the next day. On day #9 I had not heard anything from a truck driver, as we were told a driver would contact us once vehicle was picked up. Nor had I heard from Ginger. So after three phone messages that AGAIN went unreturned, I called and demanded to speak to her boss. Steve. Steve was nice and professional, unlike Ginger but still had vauge answers. And the vehicle still had not been picked up. He assured me it wouldn't take much longer. I was not satisfied with this answer so I called Steve back on day #10 and found out that the vehicle had not been picked up, though I was not suprised by this. I then demanded that Steve do something about this and within the day, he had found a driver and informed me that the vehicle would be picked up in the next couple of days and delivered 4-5 days after pick up. Two days after the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I called Ginger and Steve once again to confirm the vehicle had been picked up, as once again, they never informed me of such as promised. To my surpise the vehicle had been picked up and would be delivered in four days. However, I was given ANOTHER NAME and number to call. This person would be the contact. At the end of the four days, I called this third contact name/number and was told that the vehicle would not arrive for another FIVE DAYS. The end of the four days was day #18 since pick up had been scheduled. As of today, I have yet to recieve the vehicle. I have three days left of this last five days. These people are very unprofessional and do not care about customer service. Once they have your money they feel their job is done. The days they tell you a vehicle will arrive, are not real. They guess at everything and then deny that they ever even gave you dates. If you are in no rush for your vehicle these people might be ok, but if you aren't willing to wait 25 days or more DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
