Quoted price was increased by $95 after they had the order to pick-up for 8 days. They said car would not be picked up without raising the price.I did not want to start over with another company and wait maybe another week. Car was picked up at 11:00 pm.

When the quote was provided, current market conditions were considered, however, due to recent fuel price increase, which is very volatile, all trucks responding to this transport were requesting additional funds. Our normal broker fee is $150.00, and due the increase in the price of the transport, Monstar Auto Transport put $100 of that deposit towards the transport, meeting your increased total transport halfway. We felt this was fair due to underestimating the actual cost of the transport. We do our best to provide adequate quotes, however, there are sometimes extenuating circumstances out of our control as in this case. Our apologize for any additional stress this has put in this move, but we put our best efforts forth to assist as best we could.
