THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST. WE HAD MOVED FROM INDIANA TO OREGON. I HAD CALLED AND SPOKE WITH LAURA. I WAS TOLD BY LAURA THAT I HAD A GUARANTEED SPOT ON THIS TRUCK. SO, I HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT ON MY C.C.$1,030.00 INVOICE #03045. GUARANTEED TO BE PICKED UP MARCH 8. SO BY MARCH 10 OR 11 I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY IT HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SNOW ....THEY SAID BUT THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WOULD NOT GIVE ME HER NAME. SO SHE TOLD ME SOMETIME THE FOLLOWING WEEK....SO I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK. AND THE MAN SAID THE TRUCK WAS LITERALLY ENROUTE EVEN AS WE SPEAK HE SAID. NO PICK UP. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR THE MAN HUNG UP ON ME.......TWICE. I SWEAR TO GOD THIS COMPANY HAS THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN! SO I TRIED TO CANCEL MARCH 23RD ONLY TO FIND OUT THERE WOULD BE A 250.00 ADMIN. FEE! WHAT!!!! FOR WHAT?? THAT IS A RIP OFF PURE AND SIMPLE! SO I WAITED THE 14 BUSINESS DAYS AND CANCELLED MY ORDER. THAT DAY WAS MARCH 27. TODAY IS MAY 3 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CHECK. IT TOOK 5 MINUTES FOR THEM TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND 5 WEEKS AFTER I CANCEL I STILL HAVE NO CHECK.
I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY AND HE TOLD ME THIS COMPANY IS ATRUE RIP-OFF. AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK HE SAID. AND HE QUOTED ME A PRICE ABOUT DOUBLE WHAT I PAID FOR THIS.IT WAS WAY TOO CHEAP. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO TRANSPORT AN AUTO, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. CHECK AROUND AND THE CHEAPEST IS PROBABLY NOT THE ROUTE TO GO. EITHER FIND A DEDICATED TRUCK OR A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH THE BBB. I HAVE LOST SLEEP OVER THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY A SCAM IN EVERY SINCE OF THE WORD.
