Purchased truck on Ebay, and needed a transport. I was a bit leary going with a broker vice a carrier, but Worry Free's reviews were great. Brooke was in contact from the first couple of days, and she had a pick up scheduled quickly. I had to change the first pick up day due to seller issues, and I could tell Brooke wasn't too pleased. She took the change in stride, and booked the next pickup within two days of the first day of availability. My next concern was in Worry Free using an untested (never used by them before), and unrated (no reviews on the web) carrier called All Star Auto Transport out of Cerritos, Ca.
My fears were apparently unfounded, as the truck arrived a day ahead of schedule. I did feel that their estimate of one week from VA to AZ was a bit long anyway, but I don't want to take away from what turned out to be an overall nearly "Worry Free" experience. Can't forget to mention that Worry Free's price was one of the lowest I received, and I got at least 12-15 quotes!
