Review:I had a shipping broker find a shipper for me. He found Freightport and said he had used them and they were good. Everything started fine and I got an approximate date when the vehicle would arrive. I freightport on 02/23/07 to check the status of the delivery and they told me that probably the the vehicle would arrive on Monday 02/26/2007. When I did not hear from them on Monday I called them and they told me to call the driver. He he would be here on the 27th which was fine with me. The 27th came and no driver and no call. I called them and he said sorry I will be there tomorow.I was told that he would be here on the 28th for sure between 9 and 12 in the morning. Guess what no driver, I had finally had it and found out where they were and picked up the car an hour away myself. The driver said his truck broke down but he never bothered to call and let me know that he was broken down. I had already informed him that I ran a business and could not keep rescheduling my appointments for him. When I picked the car up the driver gave me attitude and was very rude. I paid him in cash and got a receipt thankfully. Because when I got my credit card statement they said I did not pay them and tried to double bill me. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER WHAT EVER THE PRICE! I never give negative feedback but I feel this is necessary to protect other consumers. Thank you for reading.

Customer recieved discounts for our broken truck. We took care of all costs and customer agreed to final price. Sorry but trucks do brake. Our truck broke down in New Hampshire only one hour away from customers house. Sorry it was engine we had to replace and couldn't have done in a day. :-( We recieved only $600 on the move, meaning we transported this car for free, so if you think it's fare price from Arizona to New Haphire judge for your self.
