| Very Hard to Contact This Company |
After reading the legendary reviews about AFT Logistics Transport here, we booked our automobile move 2 months in advance. When it came time to actually schedule the pickup, repeated calls and emails to the company were not returned. Finally got tired of talking to their answering machine, and had to book with another company at the last minute at a higher rate. It is very difficult to contact them in a pinch.

Hi Mr. Forbes,
Unfortunately, your claim is true. Our office was damaged due to high winds and storms here in ga in Feb when your car should have been moved and I apologize that communication was very hard at the time. I did try to contact you from a cell phone to let you know we had a driverhowever, the tower was also damaged and getting calls returned or out was difficult. We do not have any of your monies to give you a credit however if you like, please respond and I will be happy to discuss the rate you paid the other company and see about compensation difference.
