Big Brothers Auto Transport Company and Cathy did a great job transporting my car across country (from Baltimore, Maryland to Los Angeles, California). I am very happy with their service and I recommended Big Brother Auto Transport Company and Cathy to my friend, her car transporting experience turns out to be another success.
It was my first time to transport my car across country, I was worried about which company to use. after reading some of the reviews posted in this website, I decided immediately to use Big Brother Auto Transport Company, because Cathy is professional, honest, and efficient person and she cares about the people.
Because of an unexpected car accident just before I left Baltimore, I had to delay the car shipping for one month and I need to change the car picking up and dropping off address. Cathy was extremely kind, helpful and flexible during this difficult time for me, the car was picked up three days after the first available date and the total transporting time was less than one week. The driver from Arizona auto transport is skillful and professional, and the car was in perfect shape after traveling across country, not even one new scratch. I highly recommend Big Brother Auto Transport Company and Cathy to everyone who needs to move the car.
