| Damaged my car and no help from AFT Logistics |
If you value your automobile, never, EVER use AFT logistics. The real test of how well an auto transport company/broker has done is not when thing go smoothly but when things donot go well. AFT Logistics contracted my auto move across the country. They brokered the move out to another trucking company and when the car arrived it had $2,000 worth of damage to the rear of the car. When I contacted AFT Logistics they told me to get estimates of repair and fax it to them and they would take it from there and make sure I get reimbursed. I got the two estimates the same day and faxed them to them. They have now decided not to return my many calls and emails. Through some investigation I finally found out which trucking company actually moved my car, but since it has been several weeks and I have since had the car repaired they have refused accountability.
Do not believe whatever AFT Logistics tells you about being 100% insured and how they will take care of everything. They will not and you will be out of luck.

Mr. Freeman did file a claim in a timely and appropriately manner; however the claim was denied by insurance adjuster as "pre-existing damages". After exhausting all our efforts and investigation complete by the insurance company AFT Logistics or It's Carriers can not be liable for damages to vehicles that were done before we ever saw the vehicle. Mr. Freeman did contat our office on many occassions ( over 75), however we could not respond to every call until the investigation was complete.
If we ever have a legitimate claim, he is correct in our 100% satisfaction guarantee, however if we paid for damages that pre-existing to each client, we would mostly likely be out of business in a short perior of time.
We hope that Mr. Freeman will take the advice of the adjuster and file a proper claim with his personal policy, as he should have when damage occured (months) prior to our driver picking up the car.
